We try to reply within a few days. We’re a one-person operation so please be patient.
Every puzzle has a built-in Hint button. The first hint on each level is free. After level 5 in a case, hints cost one hint coin. You start the game with 3 free hint coins.
If you’re truly stuck and the in-game hint isn’t enough, write to us with the case and level number and we’ll point you in the right direction.
If you bought a hint pack but didn’t receive the coins, try the Restore Purchases button on the hint pack screen. If that doesn’t work, write to us with:

Not currently. Progress is saved only on the device where you played. If you delete the App or switch phones, your progress will be lost. Hint coins are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID via the Restore Purchases button.
Maybe! Whisper Files launches with 10 cases (70 puzzles total). If the game finds an audience, more cases are likely.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ while signed in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and follow Apple’s refund process. Apple typically processes valid refund requests within 48 hours.
