Welcome — and thank you for trying Pythia.
If something isn’t working, if a question or reply has gone missing, or if you want to delete your account and your in-app Profile → Account → Delete account flow didn’t work, please email us and we’ll respond personally:
support@pythia.app
(If that address bounces during our early testing period, write to appdevoloper26@gmail.com — same person.)
Open Pythia → Profile tab → Account → Delete account. Private accounts are erased immediately. Standard accounts are anonymized after a 30-day window during which you can sign back in to cancel deletion.
Private accounts have no email or phone backup by design — that’s the privacy trade-off. Without the recovery code, the account is unrecoverable. If you’d like to keep a recoverable account, upgrade to Standard from Profile → Add Apple sign-in (or sign up with email next time).
Each advisor has a Service-Level deadline shown next to the Awaiting reply badge on your Sent tab. If your question is past that deadline, it will be automatically refunded through Apple. Refunds appear in your Apple billing within 1–3 business days. If you’d like to speak to a human about a specific question, email us.
Pythia runs an on-device check for language suggesting acute risk. The check is conservative on purpose. If you’d like your question delivered to the advisor anyway, email us with a description of the question (do not paste your full question text in email) and we’ll review.
Codes expire after 7 days and can only be used once. Email the founder for a fresh one.
Pythia is a small operation. Replies to support email come from a real person — usually within 24 hours, never automated.
