Pickr stores every decision you make on your device. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data. We do not track you across apps or websites.
Every decision you create — including the title, options, mode, and result — is saved locally on your device using Apple's secure storage. Your data never leaves your phone unless you explicitly share a result.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any identifier. We do not use analytics tools. We do not include any third-party trackers or advertising SDKs.
If you subscribe to Pickr Pro, Apple handles the entire payment process. We receive only the information required to verify your subscription is active. We do not see your payment details.
When you tap Share on a decision result, iOS opens the standard share sheet. Any data transmitted from that point is controlled by the app you share to (Messages, Mail, etc.) and is subject to their privacy practices.
Pickr is rated 4+ and safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this policy and the date at the top of this section. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

By installing or using Pickr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Pickr is a tool for making random or semi-random choices between options you enter. The app is intended for entertainment purposes.
Do not use Pickr to make medical, legal, financial, safety, or other consequential decisions. Random results are not advice. You are solely responsible for any action you take based on a result.
Any text you type into the app stays on your device. You retain full ownership of the decisions and options you create.
Pickr Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. You may cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or meet every user's expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

To manage or cancel your Pickr Pro subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Apple processes all billing and refund requests.
Your decision history is stored only on your device. If you delete the app, your history is permanently deleted. We cannot recover it.
